Double cutting and stringing
Precision at the service of power
With its expertise in the production of panels for integration, S’Tile has developed a method that combines double cutting and stringing (patent pending), using the latest generation of cut cells in 182mm (M10) or 210mm (M12) formats. Double cutting (laser) technology allows the module surface to be filled optimally to increase its power. It also allows precise adjustment of the current according to the requirements of the installation, cables, and inverters.
Tailor-made solutions for revamping and repowering
Thanks to this originality, S’Tile designs and produces tailor-made modules to replace damaged modules, whether for:
- Partial replacement of the installation (revamping): replacement of faulty solar panels that are no longer manufactured in the required sizes and with the required characteristics.
- Complete renewal of the installation (repowering): this involves changing the modules of an old power plant while preserving the existing infrastructure (cables, structures) to increase the total power of the installation. Complete renewal of the panels can increase production by 30 to 40%, while reducing the carbon footprint and operating costs.
Turnkey solutions for eco-friendly renewal
In both cases, customized replacement allows the configuration, load-bearing structures, and cabling to be retained, all without administrative complications or the need for building permits. By using certified low-carbon cells, we can obtain most of the carbon assessments required for CRE installations.
